Ultra Riche Neutral

1. Create random triangular 1-inch partings on underneath hair. Foil select strands with Basic White Powder Lightener mixed with 10-volume developer.
2. While foils are processing to desired Level, apply to top hair: 2 oz. Premium Crème 3NN mixed with 2 oz. 20-volume Premium Crème Developer. Process 30 minutes. Shampoo and towel dry.
3. Create Overlay Formula: 2 oz. Premium Crème 5NN mixed with 2 oz. 10-volume Premium Crème Developer. Work through shaft to ends. Process for 15 minutes.
